Rita Moreno only dated Elvis to make Marlon Brando jealous, and she later said that Brando was the far better lover and that Elvis was an amateur. 

Fred Astaire's first screen test did not leave a great impression. His evaluation read: "Can't act, can't sing, balding, can dance...a little."

Reportedly, Elizabeth Taylor rushed to Montgomery Clift's aid after he crashed into a telephone pole on the way home from one of her parties. According to the story, she found him choking on two of his broken teeth, so she reached down his throat and removed them.
